Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By accessing digital-infraflow.digital or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit materials for review.

Services

We provide professional reading and written feedback on application documents. Engagements begin only after scope and fees are confirmed in writing. We do not guarantee admission, employment, funding, or any panel outcome.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share drafts and briefs with us. You remain responsible for the accuracy of facts in your materials and for final decisions about what you submit to third parties.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your drafts. Annotated files and audit memos are licensed to you for personal use in preparing your application. Site content, branding, and method descriptions remain the property of Infraflow Application Audit. You may not republish our memos as marketing copy or resell them.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost offers or delayed applications, except where Japanese law prohibits such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over 群馬県 shall hear disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
