Evidence pass
Every claim that leans on character adjectives is challenged. We ask where the scene, date, partner, or outcome lives—and whether it belongs in the CV or the statement.
Packet cross-check
We read the CV, letter, and essay as one file. Contradictions, duplicated anecdotes, and missing chronology notes are listed before line edits begin.
Memo and debrief
You receive annotated drafts plus a short memo ranked by urgency. The debrief call walks the top three changes so you can revise without guessing our intent.
What we leave untouched
Your voice stays yours. We do not replace it with a house style. We also do not invent achievements, inflate titles, or promise outcomes. The method is diagnostic: it shows where the packet is weak relative to the brief you chose to answer.
