Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds depend on whether reading has begun, whether a deposit reserved a calendar slot, and how close you are to the agreed return date.

Timeframe

Cancel in writing to hello@digital-infraflow.digital at least five business days before the scheduled start of reading for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation.

Full and partial refunds

If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement. If you cancel after reading has started, we refund the unused portion after deducting work already performed at the quoted rate, documented in a short summary of hours or documents reviewed.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in your confirmation (typically used to hold rush slots)
• Completed annotated files and memos already delivered
• Debrief calls already held

Refund process and method

Email hello@digital-infraflow.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least three business days’ notice and a new slot is available before your submission deadline. Further reschedules may require a new deposit.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled debrief without twenty-four hours’ notice forfeits that call. Annotated files remain yours; a replacement call can be booked at an additional fee if calendar space exists.

Work already started and materials

Once we open your drafts and begin the brief map, fees for that stage are earned. We do not purchase materials on your behalf; therefore purchased-goods exceptions do not apply.

Exceptions

Serious illness or documented emergencies may qualify for goodwill rescheduling beyond the standard window; decisions are made case by case and confirmed in writing.
